When Are Child Support Payments Due Each Month?

If you have been ordered to pay or are to receive a monthly child support payments and your divorce decree does not specify the due date of the payments, then the child support payments are "due one-half by the 5th day of each month, and the remaining one-half by the 20th day of that month." Utah Code Ann. § 30-3-10.5.
