INITIAL CONSULTATIONS

If you wish to consult with an attorney, please contact us at (801) 377-4652 to schedule an in-person or telephone consultation. We charge a nominal, reduced initial consultation fee of $40.00 for the first twenty minute consultation by any prospective client who has not met with us previously. The purpose of the initial consultation is the evaluate the nature of your case, determine whether we have any conflicts that would prevent us from accepting your case, and helping you decide whether you need our services.
