    Divorceware is a fully functional document generation program for handling divorce cases in Utah.  It is intended for use by attorneys and their supervised assistants. Divorceware was developed and written by attorneys and has been tested, in one form or another, for several years in a law office setting in Provo, Utah.  It is the culmination of years of practical experience in handling divorces, coupled with a tested, automated approach to the practice of divorce.

    Divorceware will generate most documents needed in a typical divorce case, including summons, complaints, stipulations, findings, decrees, assorted routine motions, memoranda, and orders, financial verifications, statements of compliance, child support worksheets, universal income withholding forms, department of health certificates, and other miscellaneous documents frequently needed in the practice of divorce law.
